Respondo a esto que no sé leer música, pero sé escucharla; esta última actividad la he desarrollado en forma sistemática por décadas. A estas alturas, ya tengo una opinión formada sobre autores y estilos del período histórico del cual pienso ocuparme. Estas opiniones aparecerán donde corresponda, y no por ser personales son menos dignas de ser tenidas en cuenta. Quizá el lector las encuentre taxativas, unilaterales o simplemente extrañas; si es así, puede prescindir de ellas. También es discutible --- lo advierto de antemano--- la definición de ciertos géneros musicales.
