                <text>Durante mis estancias en Buenos Aires en los últimos años me he interesado por conocer las diferentes sedes de las Orquestas pertenecientes al Proyecto de Orquestas Infantiles y Juveniles en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. Lugano, Retiro, Flores, Parque de Avellaneda o Balvanera han sido algunos de los lugares en los que he comprobado directamente el trabajo de las orquestas de niños y jóvenes con sus profesores y directores al frente. He observado en su trabajo diario la enorme labor llevada a cabo por mis alumnos de los Cursos de Dirección Musical, sobreponiéndose con esfuerzo y empeño a una diversidad considerable de elementos que no facilitan la consecución del utópico objetivo: hacer música. Van entre líneas en estas breves páginas mi admiración y respeto para todos los profesores y directores, quienes invierten grandes dosis de entusiasmo e implicación personal por ofrecer a los niños y jóvenes de las orquestas la mejor formación, musical y personal. Las páginas que siguen no son más que el resultado ordenado de una serie de reflexiones derivadas del tiempo compartido durante estos años, de las conversaciones con chicos, profesores, padres y asistentes: de la vivencia. Espero puedan servir a mis colegas directores (a veces forzados por las circunstancias) para facilitarles el trabajo, y, sobretodo, para que el resultado final del hecho musical en sí sea mucho más disfrutado para todos.</text>
