Estas opiniones aparecerán donde corresponda, y no por ser personales son menos dignas de ser tenidas en cuenta. Quizá el lector las encuentre taxativas, unilaterales o simplemente extrañas; si es así, puede prescindir de ellas. También es discutible --- lo advierto de antemano--- la definición de ciertos géneros musicales. Advierto también que--- salvo las fechas y un par de citas--- todo el texto ha sido escrito de memoria.
